Background

Frontier Markets Fund Managers (“FMFM”) are Advisers to Frontier Markets Fund Managers Limited (“FMFML”). In this capacity, FMFM are responsible for:

• advising the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (“EAIF”) on transactions, including deal origination, structuring, negotiating on documentation, performing due diligence on transactions and associated entities and monitoring EAIF's portfolio.
• originating, structuring and negotiating transactions, the selection and recommendation of investments to the Board of GuarantCo, the monitoring of GuarantCo’s portfolio and the development of GuarantCo’s products.

As such FMFM act as the point of first contact for all enquiries related to either EAIF or GuarantCo.
